If orders are placed before 1pm they will be dispatched the same day. Any thing after expect it to be dispatched the next working day. Except for personalised items, such as the birthstone collections.  Please allow 1-2 working days for dispatch.

RETURNS

​KFJ will always try its hardest to sell only great quality products to you. If there is an occasion where you are unsatisfied with your order, we will issue a refund on unworn items, except earrings unless they are faulty. Please return items within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a refund via paypal or bank transfer within 7 days of receiving your item. You are liable for cost of return postage unless it was delivered to you in error or if the item in question is damaged or defective. Please also get proof of postage.

Please remember plated jewellery can wear quickly if not properly looked after. General wear of an item will not be considered a reason for a refund unless its down to the items quality, which we would make that judgement upon seeing the item in question. So please refer to our product care information page to see how to properly care for plated jewellery and to make it last as long as possible.
